Kellogg Co. is catering to keto consumers with the new Kashi GO Keto-Friendly Cereals, the brand’s first keto-friendly offering.

Many people follow different types of diet and trends, some are doing this for their health, allergies or to lose weight. Still, One of the food trends that followed hugely is the keto diet. A low-carb, high-fat diet that provides multiple health benefits is the keto diet. In reality, several studies show that it can help you lose weight, and improve your health with this type of diet. What is the Keto diet?
